The key to buying in Spain for us was TRUST !!
We wanted to know the house we bought would have no problems legally and we would feel comfortable with the process of buying abroad. This is what Alison and Citrine give you ………….. I can’t tell you how reassuring it is not only to look round a selection of properties from different agents with just one person, so much less hassle, but then to be given a brilliant solicitor and bank manager (Who we still use for everything) to ensure the process is legally watertight …………….Crucial !!
