We were very satisfied with the assistance of Alison in finding us a house in Spain. She listened to our wishes and did not waste our time with viewings of houses that were not what we wanted. She always replied quickly to any questions we had and gave us interesting information about the area, location of shops etc. She was always perfectly on time and always friendly and cheerful.
Since we did not have an attorney, she recommended SGM Abogados to help us with the legal documents. They were also very friendly and professional, they even had all the documentation in Dutch and all prices were very transparent and reasonable. Their service did not end as soon as we had closed the sale, we needed a locksmith and they found one for us the same day we asked.
