We made an enquiry with Citrine about just one property that took our eye in the Costa Blanca. Initially it looked as if it was not meant to be, and we looked to have missed out. At this stage Alison had promised to keep us posted and sure enough she did. There was excellent communication to set up the eventual viewing when we arrived in Spain a few days later. From the moment we met Alison at the property and throughout the buying process she has been there to offer advice, and support us along the way. It is no surprise to us to now see how well regarded Citrine has become.
It is fair to say that we would not be the proud owners of our dream Spanish home without the level of support we received. We knew a fair bit about buying in Spain having done some homework, but without the advice and guidance we received we really would have struggled. As anyone will tell you a good solicitor is also essential and as others have said, you won't be disappointed if you use SGM. They have been incredible in the way they represented our interests and they are truly independent and above all very, very professional.
It is difficult to put into words how grateful we are to Alison. Buying a house anywhere can be stressful but to do it in Spain initially put us out of our comfort zone. We need not have worried as now we have our Place in the Sun.
As so many have already said, we are so very grateful to Citrine for everything they have done.
