When we approached Citrine in March this year Alison took us under her wing, and by the time we came over to Spain we had some properties to see that were to our spec. When we started viewing properties we quickly realised exactly what and where we preferred and Nick wasted no time and took us to see properties we would like. Once we decided on our purchase, the whole process took from the beginning of May to the 17th June to finalise. Alison then kept our keys until we could collect them in July. We are very impressed with the efficient service from both Citrine and SGM Legal, our solicitors. Ideally, if purchasing a property I would recommend setting up a NIE number, bank account and an appointment with SGM Legal while in Spain, although we did manage everything through e mails and post in the space of a few weeks. I cannot recommend Citrine Real Estate enough and we would certainly use them again. They guide you through the whole process with professionalism and ease. Silvia and Maria from SGM Legal were also very professional and kept us right with all the legal aspects including expenses, utilities etc .
