The support we received from Nick was great, in addition to accompanying us on a number of viewings, talking about the various areas and their good and not so good points. Nick also outlined the buying process in Spain and while we had carried out our research prior to visiting Spain it was great to receive this confirmation.

Once we had decided on our apartment the support continued throughout the offer process to acceptance.

We were also introduced to Silvia of SMG Abrogados, who took us though the legal process of purchasing in Spain, ensuring all the paper work was completed in line with our timescales, NIE numbers organised and even bank accounts set-up.
