Super friendly, responsive and 100% reliable!

Alison made the whole experience of buying a holiday home in Spain really positive for us, and the fact that she was always super responsive and kept in close contact throughout the entire process made us very comfortable with buying a property from abroad. We live in Germany and knew the location in which wanted to buy very well, so when we saw an advert for an apartment we liked we wanted to secure it before anybody else, and that required committing quite a lot of money before even seeing it in person. Normally this would be a huge risk, however after a couple of phone calls with Alison we felt confident that we could trust her, and within a couple of hours the apartment was reserved for us. Our gut feeling turned out to be absolutely right, and Alison took all the stress away from us, taking care of every little detail. She even arranged for a video walk-through to be sent to us via email - amazing!

The key is communication: we always knew the current status and what would happen next. Whenever we had any questions, she personally answered emails or phone calls immediately. We never felt alone or in the dark. When we finally flew to Spain to finalise the purchase, everything was so well organised, and Alison went out of her way to look after us in person.

We must also say a huge thank you to Silvia and her team of Lawyers at SGM Abogados, who Alison works with. Silvia organised everything on the legal side with amazing efficiency, and within one morning everything was sorted - including having NIE numbers, and even setting up our bank accounts! It really could not have been any smoother.

A big thank you again to Alison & Silvia for all their help and support. Everything worked out really well for us, and our family can now enjoy holidays in the sunshine whenever we want !!
