Sales of property in Spain for international purchases have grown year on year by 13.5% according to new data from the Spanish Ministry of Development (Fomento). The data relates to Q1 of 2017 but there is no easing up of interest in property as we just close Q2. The traditional slow down in July does not appear to be happening and Citrine Real Estate is expecting September onward to be our busiest on record.
