Citrine Real Estate is a fully legal and registered estate agent within the Valencian Community. Our RAICV number for the registration in Valencian Community as an Estate Agent is (RAICV2005). To achieve this registration, we studied for and passed our exams for diplomas in Real Estate, Money Laundering and Data Protection. We also had to provide evidence of our extensive experience in real estate in Spain. It is also a legal requirement that estate agents carry full indemnity insurance for holding deposits on behalf of our clients, which we have together with our professional liability insurance.

Unfortunately, despite the legal requirement to be licenced and registered to practice real estate business, not all agents have complied, meaning that there are many unlicenced and therefore uninsured agents happy to put you at risk.
