RECORD NUMBERS OF BUYERS MOVING TO SPAIN

In past years the weather has always been cited as the main reason, but this is rapidly being over taken by confusion over the future in the UK as the number 1 reason. Brexit has certainly played a big factor in confidence with people making the move now.

Speaking in Ciudad Quesada today a Citrine spokesperson said "it is a real eye opener how many clients we are working with who are making the move from the UK to Spain. We have always specialised in helping our clients to secure the best possible property for their budget, but recently we seem to have become a relocation business and not just an Estate Agent".
