IN ONE WORD - OUTSTANDING

Our Villa purchase through Citrine Real Estate.

From the moment we found our dream Villa through Citrine, we have been amazed at the level of service and more importantly, the support and assistance that both Alison and Nick have provided.

From initial viewing through to completion, they have been ahead of the game at every step. It was not a straightforward sale and had many issues to rectify to enable us to go ahead and the team at Citrine handled MANY of these tasks between each party with upmost professionalism and speed. saving what could have been months of stalemate negotiations between the seller and ourselves.

Nick especially had our best interests at heart and actively took charge in to ensure we would not be faced with any nasty surprises later down the line.

Any questions (and we had lots) were answered immediately.

If it were not for Citrine handling our purchase, I highly doubt the sale would have happened at all.
