We met Nick who took us around our shortlist and at no times applied any pressure on us at any property to buy. He was considerate and again understood our requirements.

Our complication is we had to sell one to buy one, and Nick looked after this in our negotiations, not only protecting us as the buyer but also the seller.

We sold ours in 5 days and the rest is history, we love our new place (which Alison notified us of, on the day it went up for sale) so cannot thank Alison and Nick enough for their efforts.
