Just want to thank you all for the helpful and friendly process that guided our purchase in Spain. 

You made it a relaxing and informative way to buy our home and the whole process for us was worry free. 

It's always going to be stressful to buy a house let alone in another country but you all made it a problem free experience. 

We love our new home and are looking forward to our new lives in Spain and we can't thank you enough. 

We would also like to thank you for putting us in touch with SGM our Solicitors. Charlotte was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We were worried about doing everything from the UK but there was no need to be. Once we made her our power of attorney everything went so smoothly.

Unlike the UK , Charlotte set up all the utilities and communal fees and so that was one less headache to worry about. 

I would definitely recommend Citrine and SGM for anyone wanting to make that move to Spain.
